1) Name and address must always match to ensure delivery in Japan:

2) Packages and registered mail will be delivered directly to tenant’s room. If no one is home, office will hold package for tenant.

3) Bedding and kitchen utensils are not provided, however, bedding rental is available.

4) A phone line could be purchased through the management office to obtain telephone service. The line (number) costs about 30,000yen. A telephone may be purchased at any appliance store or private Co.

*Note: Management will not relay any phone calls or messages sent to the office. Facsimiles, however, can be sent to our office and will be placed in tenant’s mailbox. Be sure Name and Room # are included on Fax.

5) Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including damage caused by natural disasters, etc.

6) A laundry facility, which includes coin-operated washers and dryers, is open all day.

7) A separate garbage room is located by the street. Individual recyclable bins are arranged for bottles, cans, and other non-flammables.
